Years ago, when the children were small, Jo-Ann and Julie began J&J Billing around Jo-Ann's kitchen table, and it has grown every year, into the thriving business it is today. 25 years later, we have a very diverse group of highly valued employees, and a widely varied and loyal clientele. Our Founders
Julie
Julie Lamontagne is the first J in J&J Billing Service Inc.. Julie is responsible for the administrative side of the business. She has kept J&J on a steady growth pattern for the past 21 years. Julie's interests include baking, gardening, and any activity she can do with her husband Joe, and their daughter and son.

Jo-Ann
Jo-Ann Grippo is the second J in J&J Billing Services Inc.. She is responsible for the workflow, HR, and Client interactions. Her tried and true business procedures & protocols help new staff quickly grow into valuable assets to the organization by billing correctly for our doctors. Jo-Ann's interests include reading, baking bread, and playing with her grandchildren.

Our Incredible Staff
Doris
Doris has been with J&J for over 18 years, as our psychiatric billing specialist. When she is not spending time with her family, she is practicing yoga. Doris says that exercise shows her who she is, where she has to go, where she tries too hard and the places where she wants to give up. "Then it tells me,Yes Doris, you can do this, and I do, and it's good". Michelle
Michelle is a Senior level account manager. She has been in the medical billing field for more than 20 years. Michelle specializes in AR management, with a concentration in old collections and follow up.
When she is not on the phone hunting down money for our providers, you can find Michelle spending time with her family and friends. A lover of dogs and all things outdoors, she enjoys hiking, camping and most of all trips to the river. When its cold outside, Michelle is often seen snuggled up on the couch reading or watching a show with her daughter, husband and 2 giant pups. Diane
Diane is our ophthalmology billing specialist. She loves traveling and can't wait for the pandemic to end so she can resume exploring. When asked what she enjoys in her spare time her immediate response was, "I have kids".

Maggi
Maggi has been in the medical field since 1980 as both a business owner, office administrator, and now as our collections specialist. When asked what she is most proud of Maggi's immediate response is "My Boys". She loves her visits to Iceland and shopping for handbags which she collects. Maggi is passionate about her work with special needs children.
Brandan
Brandon is our physical therapy specialist, and helps out in document management. When he isn't in working or in classes for aerospace engineering, Brandon likes to play video games.
Adam
Adam is a Billing Generalist, father of two, semantics specialist, and King of the Dad joke.

Nick
Nick is one of J&J's integral claims specialists, building and submitting claims, performing follow up on the accounts receivable for multiple doctors, and handling the credentialing for our our physicians. In his spare time Nick likes to spend time with his dogs and listen to music.
Dayle
Dayle is one of our collections specialist. J&J is her second career, having retired from AT&T in 2000. Dayle would live in St. Thomas, if she could. It's her favorite place to visit. She also likes to crochet, but notes that her skill at the craft is a work in progress. Carly
Carly specializes in following up with attorney's regarding our provider's Personal Injury and workers comp patients.
Sydnie
Sydnie's a J&J data entry specialist. In her spare time she likes to read and draw. Sydnie's spends special time gaming with her friends.

Heather has been an account manager with J&J for 21 years. As a collections specialist, Heather knows the insurance rules inside and out. She makes sure we stay on top of all the changes happening in the billing world. She loves pasta and wine and trying food from around the world. She has two sons that are absolutely adorable and too smart for their own good..
Alyssa
Alyssa is a multi-specialty account manager for J&J, billing for ophthalmology and internal med doctors. In her spare time Alyssa likes to read, draw and paint. She has recently taken up roller skating.
Nicolai
Nicolai is one of J&J's document management specialists.Nicolai enjoys hockey and hanging out with his family.
